The reason I choose to use the word 'simple'

Day 4…

I choose to use the word ‘simple’ as I believe that these changes that I’m making are nothing extraordinary. Think: back to basics / our ancestors would’ve frothed this sh*t kind of changes.

For example, hospitals often used to have sun decks, where patients could access sunlight and fresh air. Doctors believed that sunlight boosted vitamin D, killed bacteria (via UV rays), and aided recovery, which… it did, and still does! Obvs!!

So, yes, what I’m doing by no means feels groundbreaking… but the thing is… IT IS! Simple things that have always worked have been forgotten about / lost in the noise.

Well, I’m bringing simple back!
