I like: “instead of imagining worst case scenarios, I visualise best case scenarios. Instead of avoiding my fears, I find a reason to be excited despite my fear”

whoops i accidentally titled the article 'expect the worst', instead of 'prepare for the worst' lol!!!

totally a fine line between preparing for the worst and expecting the worst!!

asking myself "what's the worst that could happen?" helps me.

as the worst is often not as bad as I make it out to be, and rarely eventuates lol!
