I love this one! Just so good. I must say I’m basically at level 1 but in the same breath I don’t really think or stress about wellness - which I think is healthy? I know I live well enough and feel good so don’t overthink it but definitely want to be more mindful and present!!

yes, absolutely! i think feeling good and energised is the most important measure.

a lot of people try to fix what isn't "broke".

i think that this is where a lot of wellness anxiety can come from - never being happy with where you're at... feeling like you can always be / do better.

in the same breath, and I know we've spoken about this before... do people know what it feels like to be WELL?! it's all relative / subjective.

we love a fine line!!!
