Hello, Substackians!
Today, I commence my dream of writing a blog. The hardest part is starting, so I am thankful to have found this platform.
Fifteen years ago, I was diagnosed with a stress-related disorder and tbh, I am sick and tired of identifying with it. Bit more context here.
I am determined to change my relationship with stress by making what I believe are pretty simple changes to my everyday life. I’ll share my thoughts and findings as I go. I intend to post as regularly as possible - want to keep my posts qualitayyy and also, life… innit?!
Come on the journey with me! As I said, I’ll post regularly - pinky promise ;) Even if I’m not up to it, I feel the consistency will be key in building this community, and quite frankly, let’s talk about all of it - the good, the bad, and the ugly. In the same breath, I want to ensure my posts are qualitayyyy, whilst also encouraging less screen / tech time.
Cue the inevitable disclaimer: There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, but I’d love to start a community where we can all learn from each other. All I ask is that we be continually kind and keep an open mind... Pretty Simple Really (whoop, there it is!).
